Deployed full e-ticketing solution including POS terminals, QR scanning, ticket validation gates, synchronized local/cloud reporting, user access control, and custom dashboards for visitor analytics.

Implemented AI voice guidance with electric vehicles for automated tours. Integrated GPS-triggered narration, smart EV panels, multilingual AI voices, and cloud-based tour tracking logs.

Developed a custom mobile application with ticket booking, route maps, push notifications, event schedules, animal gallery, and location-based visitor alerts. Synced with web portal via secure APIs.

Developed and deployed a full OpenCart-based e-commerce platform with catalog management, secure checkout, integrated payment gateway, order tracking, and responsive design.

Implemented Chamilo-based Learning Content Management System with server setup, smart classroom hardware integration, course publishing, admin control panel, and remote access for educators.

Full ERP implementation covering HR, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting modules. Integrated with biometric devices, database servers, and multi-user LAN access terminals.

Managed IT for 1000+ users nationwide, deployed MS Exchange, VPN tunnels, Cisco PIX firewalls, automated backup system, and built helpdesk dashboard with BridgeTrack software integration.

Designed and developed EatDesy food delivery portal with WooCommerce, Android app, digital branding, rider management dashboard, payment gateway, and IVR call system.

Installed fiber-based CCTV surveillance and VoIP phone systems using FreePBX, PFSense, Dell ESXi virtual servers, and remote site VPNs across all Dandy Design offices.

Deployed entire IT and network setup including fiber and Cat6 cabling, FortiGate firewall, VoIP PBX, SAN/NVR storage, security surveillance, servers, switches, and ERP (Odoo). Hybrid cloud support enabled.
